This woman in her early thirties had undergone more than five breast surgeries prior to consulting with us. These procedures started with a breast augmentation and most recently had included replacement of breast implants with a breast lift incorporating an anchor-shaped scar. She underwent replacement of her implants with smaller, 260 cc high profile silicone gel implants placed under the muscle, repositioning of the areolas and tightening of the breast envelopes without lengthening any of the scars she already had. The surgery successfully improved the appearance and symmetry of her breasts.
