This woman in her early forties had previously undergone breast augmentation with saline implants.
She came to us after developing a capsular contracture (tightening of the implant pocket) of the right breast and deflation of the
left breast implant. She underwent removal of both implants, release of scar tissue and placement of 450 cc saline implants under
the muscle through areolar incisions. The procedure effectively restored symmetry and increased her breast size to 36DD.
