This woman in her mid thirties who had symptomatic, pendulous, extremely large, heavy and
asymmetric breasts. She complained of neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to her breast size. She underwent a bilateral
breast reduction with an inverted T scar (peri-areolar and anchor-shaped scar). The removal of excess glandular and fat tissue
effectively decreased he breast size from 38G to 38D. Her symptoms resolved shortly after the surgery.
