This woman in her late forties had symptomatic, pendulous and heavy breasts. She complained of neck,
back and shoulder pain secondary to her breast size. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with an inverted T scar (peri-areolar
and short anchor-shaped scar). The removal of excess breast tissue effectively decreased her breast size from 38DDD to 38D. Her neck
and back pain resolved immediately after the surgery and she felt that her breasts gave her a more youthful appearance.
