This woman in her early twenties underwent a breast augmentation to both enlarge her breasts as well as to achieve greater symmetry. She underwent a breast augmentation with silicone gel implants (371 cc on the right and 339 cc on the left) placed under the muscle through areolar incisions. The silicone gel implants effectively increased her breast size from 34A/B to 34C while making them more symmetric.
